The Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation was founded by the Congressional Medal of Honor Society, which consists exclusively of the living Recipients of the Medal of Honor. The Foundation is dedicated to educating and inspiring Americans about the values embodied in the Medal of Honor: courage and sacrifice, commitment and integrity, citizenship and patriotism.

The Medal of Honor is the highest award for bravery that can be awarded to members of America’s armed forces for exceptional acts of valor. Since its inception in 1861, congressional practices for awarding the Medal of Honor have changed over time. Explore the fascinating history of this unique and prestigious award.

Corporate Angel Network (CAN) is the only charitable organization in the United States whose sole mission is to help cancer patients access the best possible treatment for their specific type of cancer by arranging free travel to treatment across the country using empty seats on corporate jets. This not only improves the patients' chances of survival but at the same time, reduces their emotional stress, physical discomfort and financial burden.

Based in White Plains, NY, Corporate Angel Network occupies an office donated by the Westchester County Airport. Fifty part-time volunteers and a paid staff of six work with patients, physicians, corporate flight departments and leading treatment centers to arrange more than 3,000 flights a year.
