Urge Congress to Repeal Fuel Fraud Provision
NATA is urging members to contact their Members of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives immediately with a request to sign a letter in support of a provision in H.R. 7, the American Energy and Infrastructure Jobs Act "the Highway Bill of 2012" that would repeal the "fuel fraud" provision.

Urge Congress to Write IRS in Opposition to Commercial Taxes
NATA urges Congress to communicate directly with the IRS and support legislative language requiring the IRS to impose taxes in accordance with how the FAA regulates the aircraft’s operation.

State Advocacy Network

NATA has developed a State Advocacy Network (SAN) made up of regional volunteers who act as representatives to keep each other and the association informed of pressing issues in their state.
