NATA is very pleased to partner with the professionals at ServiceElements, International to introduce the Competitive Strategies for Client Services Seminar. Designed specifically for the professionals in the charter management world, the workshop will begin by exploring the attributes of modern service expectations and builds to the development of a plan to meet and exceed those expectations both personally and company-wide. Utilizing service scenario simulations, group exercises and class discussions the seminar is tailored to build service confidence and skill in all attendees.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration fee is refundable two weeks out less a $50 processing fee; however, substitutions are permitted at anytime or a change to a different seminar within the same year is acceptable. No registration fees are refunded within two weeks of the training.
