NATA Announces 22% Good Experience Return to IFBOA Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program Participants

NATA Announces 22% Good Experience Return to IFBOA Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program Participants

Washington, DC, December 7, 2015 – The National Air Transportation Association (NATA) announced today the distribution of a Good Experience Return (GER) of over three million dollars to participants in the Independent Fixed Base Operators Association (IFBOA) Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program. NATA purchased IFBOA earlier this year in part to expand this industry leading Program to include both IFBOA and NATA members.

President and CEO of the National Air Transportation Association (NATA), Thomas L. Hendricks stated:

“We are proud to offer a Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program that provides competitive rates and significant financial returns to our members. Program participants enjoy considerable cost savings while protecting their employees—something lacking in many other programs.”

The exclusive NATA and IFBOA member-only Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program provides a proven option to combat the increasing cost of insurance premiums. This year’s return is just another example of the success of the IFBOA Program, which has a projected 22% ultimate return to its participants, payable over a 5-year GER payout schedule. The success of this Program is due in part to participants promoting a safety culture and returns are contingent upon the safety of employees. Routinely validating and updating these practices supports profits for all.

IFBOA Program participants can expect to start receiving their Good Experience Return checks in the mail as early as Monday, December 7, 2015.
