Importance of Training
All too often we discuss the importance of training with our managers and then send them out with the mandate that they need to "train your people." The problem with this scenario is we have never trained our managers in the first place! Whether your supervisors are managing three people or thirty, if you expect them to properly train their people you must first train them. They should also have a thorough understanding of why properly employee training is so important.
Keys to Successful Training
Developing the right training program for employees involves many factors beyond relaying the information and rules that need to be communicated. Several keys to successful training will be discussed in detail during this seminar.
Structuring a Training Program
You need to make certain that your training programs are structured—not only in their format but also as to their schedule. Learn how to setup an effective training program that your employees will take seriously. If your classes are held haphazardly, you will likely find that your personnel will begin regarding them as somewhat optional and pointless.
Tips & Techniques of NATA's PLST Online PLST Online is the best way to train, and recurrently train, the men and women out on the tarmac who marshal, fuel and manage the aircraft, crew and passengers that are the lifeblood of any FBO. Learn how to successfully implement the new PLST Online and maximize its many benefits.
Group Learning and Practice
The success of any training program relies heavily on the experience and confidence of your trainer. In this session attendees will develop actual lesson plans using the tips and techniques they have just learned and discuss them with the group.
