Observation
Deck
Through IC Check’s Observation Deck, individuals
who have been granted permission may access flight records for review
and analysis.
For FAA Principal Operations Inspectors given access
to the database, the Observation Deck holds the promise of more frequent
inspection with fewer site visits and lowered administrative burden
and costs imposed on aircraft operators.
This is a read-only function; no changes are possible
to flight records through the Observation Deck.
Included here is the ability to generate summary reports
for a given operation. Among the data available are:
