Support
Automatic Program Updates: Because it is a web-based application,
updates to IC Check are completed automatically, behind-the-scenes without
user action. Changes are documented within the program. No change affecting
regulatory compliance criteria will be made without subscriber approval.
Program Documentation: Documentation for the program is available
online. This includes FAQs to obtain answers to frequently asked questions,
a User's Guide in PDF format to obtain information on setup and use.
Support Help: Support for issues not
addressed in the online documentation is available from NATA by emailing
or calling David Vernon, NATA Director of Technology Initiatives, at
dvernon@nata.aero or via cell at 703-850-2774 or NATA at 800-808-NATA.
Online Training: Under development, to be available in late Spring
of 2008
User Feedback: We welcome use feedback for IC Check and anticipate a
rolling improvement process as new features are identified and implemented.
