Technical Specifications

NATA IC Check is web based application written in C Sharp with the Microsoft .NET framework and accessed via any Windows-based computer running Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher connected to the internet at DSL speeds or faster.

Back End

• The back end of the system (hosted and managed remotely by NATA) runs on Windows servers, with IIS, MS SQL Server, and MS Report Server.
• Because NATA hosts and manages the application remotely via the Web, there are no on-site requirements for servers or support staff.
• The servers are housed in a data center west of Washington, DC in a facility that has been called “the Fort Knox” of the internet. The center’s systems have been designed to meet or exceed the requirements of global internet brands and leading enterprises. Redundant internet connectivity, redundant power, state of the art network architecture and bank-level security all combine to provide “six nines”(99.9999%) reliability.
• Because of the mission critical nature of IC Check, and the need for it to be available 24-7 even when your network goes down, we have developed unique caching system to provide always on access. Should your site loose connectivity for whatever reason, IC Check continues working in “disconnected mode.” In this mode, some features are limited, but the basic functionality is there.
• MS Report Server offers a wide range of custom reporting features. Reports can be modified, custom reports can be developed (based on our web services), and agents can be set up to email reports at certain times. Reports can also be saved as PDF, and many other popular formats.
