The NATA Business Management Committee (BMC) was formed to develop programs and services that achieve both the committee’s purpose and provide on-going oversight of NATA member- service programs. Representing a broad cross section of NATA members, the BMC’s programs are designed to improve the business management knowledge and skills of member-company owners and employees. The committee also reviews and recommends programs and services to control or reduce member company costs, and develops meaningful surveys to assist management decision making. In addition, the BMC is tasked with submitting reports and recommendations - including requests for funding specific programs or projects - to the association’s Board of Directors.
