Washington, DC, May 23, 2025 – NATA (the National Air Transportation Association) announces the selection of new leadership for its Board of Directors and the election of two new Board members following its Annual Meeting of the Members, held in conjunction with the Association’s Day on the Hill in Washington, DC, on May 21, 2025.
Cristine Kirk, CEO of Malone AirCharter, has been selected to serve a two-year term as Chair of the NATA Board of Directors. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Cristine brings strong leadership experience and commitment to advancing the interests of part 135 operators and aviation businesses across the country.
Geoff Heck, President and COO of Aero Centers with locations across the country, will serve as Vice Chair.
Todd Anderson, COO of Sheltair Aviation, will continue to serve as Immediate Past Chair on NATA’s Executive Committee.
The NATA Board terms of Megan Wolf of Flexjet, Kathryn Purwin of Helinet Aviation Services, and Past Board Chair Clive Lowe of Atlantic Aviation have concluded.

Each has played a key role in shaping NATA’s direction and advancing our mission to support and elevate the aviation business community.”

Renewing for additional 3-year terms are Chris Rozansky, Executive Director of Naples Airport Authority in Florida, and Allen McReynolds, President and Chief Operating Officer of West Star Aviation headquartered in Illinois.
David Frash of NetJets based in Columbus, Ohio, and Todd Smith of Atlantic Aviation based in Irving, Texas, were elected to serve at-large.
David Frash serves as the State & Local Government and External Affairs Director at NetJets, where he leads legislative and regulatory engagement across all 50 states. In this role, he advocates for policies that support the business aviation sector and NetJets’ operational priorities. Frash brings extensive experience in government relations, having worked closely with various state legislative bodies.
Todd M. Smith, Senior Vice President of Safety & Health and Risk Management at Atlantic Aviation, brings over 25 years of experience across aviation, transportation, and manufacturing industries. At Atlantic, he oversees all aspects of safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance, having led the development of core programs that positioned the company as an industry leader in safety performance. Under his leadership, Atlantic achieved record-low aircraft damage and injury rates during a period of rapid growth. Smith also chaired NATA’s Environmental Committee, advancing best practices and sustainability initiatives across the aviation sector.
