Malone AirCharter is seeking an experienced aviation professional to lead our charter department.
This leadership position works alongside our FAA-required Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance, and executive leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and exceptional service for our aircraft owners and charter clients.
We’re looking for a leader who wants to own the department, not simply manage the daily workload. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing Part 135 operator.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the daily activities of the charter department.
- Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners and charter clients.
- Manage charter sales, quoting, scheduling, and trip logistics.
- Coordinate closely with Flight Operations, Maintenance, Accounting, and company leadership.
- Support fleet growth through exceptional owner and customer service.
- Develop and improve departmental processes and procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop charter department personnel.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and long-term success of Malone AirCharter.
Qualifications
- Part 135 experience required.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Passion for continuous improvement and teamwork.
