NATA’s FBO Fees and Services Hub connects aircraft operators with participating FBOs and highlights how to access information about their rates, fees, facilities, services, amenities, and other details that may be helpful when planning a visit.
Use the hub to learn more about participating FBOs and find links to their websites, pricing resources, and other sources of information. Operators can also identify the appropriate FBO contact for questions or confirmation. Because the services and fees associated with each visit may depend on a variety of trip-specific factors, operators should review available resources and confirm relevant details directly with the FBO.
The hub is part of NATA’s Know Before You Go initiative, which encourages open communication and greater transparency between FBOs and aircraft operators. The FBO Fees and Services Hub also provides a way for operators to share private feedback directly with participating FBOs to support communication and service improvements. Feedback is not publicly posted or used to rate or rank FBOs.
Disclaimer: NATA does not set, publish, verify, or evaluate FBO rates or fees. Information in the hub is provided and controlled by participating FBOs to help operators identify where and how to obtain relevant information. Rates, fees, and services may depend on trip-specific factors, and operators should confirm applicable details directly with the FBO.
