Annual Meeting and Aviation Leadership Conference

The Aviation Leadership Conference is the premier event focused on senior aviation leaders featuring opportunities for executives to tap into a wealth of industry knowledge from business and government policy experts. Ground Handling Safety Symposium

Certified Quality Control Inspector Workshop

The new Certified QC Inspector Workshop will provide attendees with a comprehensive fuel handling education, including fuel characteristics, filtration, sampling and testing, maintenance, and setting up a conformant inspection program. Additionally, attendees will receive instruction on developing internal QC training programs that assure that all refueling personnel understand the basics of aviation fuel handling and quality management.

Advanced Deicing Workshop

NATA Safety 1st is excited to offer this two-day workshop, where attendees will receive instruction on safety protocols associated with deicing procedures, advanced deicing techniques, and hands-on deicing training.

FBO Success Seminar

Attendees of the FBO Success Seminar will learn new FBO management techniques, gain essential operational and service knowledge, and connect with fellow attendees at a networking forum. This seminar is designed for FBO owners, operators, general managers, new managers, finance personnel, and other key FBO employees who are interested in building a more successful FBO.

Certified FBO Safety Manager Workshop

Certified FBO Safety Manager attendees will learn the fundamentals of safety management in a ground handling environment as well as practical knowledge on the development and implementation of an IS-BAH conformant safety management system (SMS). This workshop is designed for professionals who will be leading an FBO safety program and will include independent coursework, as well as a final exam leading to certification as an FBO Safety Manager.

Certified Customer Service Representative Program

The popular NATA Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) Program will teach attendees valuable knowledge and customer service skills in order to set the tone for successful customer service experiences. They will learn how to deal with disgruntled customers and turn a marginal customer transaction into a fulfilled client transformation.
