Each year, NATA honors individuals and organizations that exemplify leadership, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to safety and service. The 2025 Industry Excellence Awards recognize ten outstanding recipients whose contributions span every corner of general aviation.
This year’s honorees include Roger Woolsey, CEO of Million Air, recipient of the William A. “Bill” Ong Memorial Award; Michael Grossmann, Founder & CEO of Castle Aviation, honored with the Distinguished Service Award; and Chris Rocheleau, FAA Deputy Administrator, recipient of the Distinguished Public Service Award. Also among those to be recognized are Cynthia Guidry of Long Beach Airport, Hector Milian of Jet Aviation, Adam Cope and Connor Thoreck of Signature Aviation-DCA, Duane Fowler of Heritage Aviation, Erin Schubert of APP Jet Center, and Paul “B.J.” Ransbury of Aviation Performance Solutions.
The awards will be presented on November 18, 2025, during the NATA Aviation Business Conference at The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas.
