NATA’s Certified Line Service Manager Workshop helps prepare new and experienced supervisors to lead safely and effectively in one of aviation’s most demanding operational environments.
Focused on ramp management, operational safety, team leadership, and technician development, the workshop is designed to strengthen the skills needed to manage daily ramp operations and support high-performing teams.
Last week’s workshop in Fort Myers, Florida, included a guided tour of Base Operations at Page Field, where attendees explored ramp procedures, operational flow, and best practices alongside local staff.
“I thought NATA did a fantastic job covering all the essential topics and elements that an upcoming supervisor or Line Service Manager needs in order to be successful in their role,” said Nathan Greve, workshop attendee and FBO Manager of Naples Airport Authority. “Actively engaging attendees with real scenarios through conversations is a wonderful way to learn, and making connections with other[s] within this industry is absolutely priceless.”
Through practical instruction, peer discussion, and real-world insight, the workshop gives line service leaders a stronger foundation to improve team performance where it matters most: on the ground.
