FAA-Certificated Aircraft Operators List Now Live on Safe Air Charter Website

Back NATA News / May 5, 2026

The FAA-certificated Aircraft Operators list is now available on the FAA’s Safe Air Charter website following recent updates to the resource.

The Aircraft Operators list is an important tool for operators, brokers, customers, and industry stakeholders to better understand if an aircraft operator holds an FAA certificate. In addition to the Aircraft Operators list, the FAA Safe Air Charter site also links to AVInfo.gov, which provides additional operator information such as DBA details. Together, these resources help users better identify certificated operators and support more informed charter-related decisions.

NATA has been actively engaged with the FAA Safe Air Charter Team, the NATA Air Charter Committee, and our members to support continued improvement of resources that help strengthen awareness around safe, compliant charter operations. As part of that ongoing collaboration, NATA encourages air charter operators to review the list, check the accuracy of their company’s information, and report any issues or concerns. Member feedback will help NATA identify potential corrections or improvements and share input with the FAA team as appropriate. NATA will continue working with the FAA Safe Air Charter Team and industry partners to promote awareness, education, and practical tools that help prevent illegal charter activity and support safe, compliant Part 135 operations.
