The FAA is seeking public comment on a new information collection request to support the agency’s Aviation Workforce and Education Division.
The proposed collection would allow FAA to gather information related to aerospace career pathways, student interests, workforce program feedback, event participation, registration details, and application forms. The information will support workforce development initiatives, improve coordination with stakeholders, and help strengthen the pipeline of aerospace professionals needed to support the long-term safety of the National Airspace System. The FAA is requesting comments on whether the collection is necessary, whether the estimated burden is accurate, how the quality and clarity of the information could be improved, and how the burden on respondents could be minimized.
Comments on “Clearance of a New Approval of Information Collection: Generic Clearance for FAA Aviation Workforce and Education Division” are due August 24, 2026, and may be submitted through Regulations.gov using Docket No. 2026–6740.
