Tamarack Aerospace is seeking a dynamic, technically savvy Executive Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Tamarack’s Active Winglet™ technology. The Executive Sales Manager will own the sales process from qualified lead through deal close and post-sale follow-up — turning interest into signed contracts and satisfied clients into referrals.
This role is focused on strategic selling, relationship development, and securing meaningful deals with aircraft operators, fleet owners, and industry partners.
This position offers a base salary plus commission with unlimited upside potential based on performance. The right candidate will have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings by driving strong results.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with strong aviation knowledge (ideally a CE525 current pilot) who thrives on the thrill of the close, commands respect in the cockpit and the in the industry; and brings structure and discipline to the sales function.
