Monterey Fuel Company, LLC is seeking a Line Service Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality servicing of aircraft. This leader oversees all aspects of line service operations, including aircraft fueling, towing, and ramp management. Working in a fast-paced environment that requires precision and teamwork, the Line Service Manager ensures every aircraft movement and customer interaction meets the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise and schedule line service staff, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Oversee safe and efficient aircraft movements, towing, parking, and marshalling.
• Manage fueling operations in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain equipment, ramp areas, and hangars to ensure operational readiness and cleanliness.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and training programs to reinforce compliance.
• Address customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service.
• Track fueling, aircraft movement, and safety documentation accurately.
• Support budgeting and fuel inventory management for line operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in line service operations, including one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft handling, and ground safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency operating ground support equipment and flexibility to work varied schedules.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 and is accompanied by a generous compensation and benefits package. A starting salary at the top range is possible for the exceptional candidate. The incumbent is eligible for an Annual Bonus of 10% – 30% of annual salary, based on performance.
