A recent NATA Certified Manager Workshop reinforced the importance of continued investment in leadership development across the FBO community. Participants consistently described the program as one of the most valuable professional development experiences they have attended, highlighting practical takeaways, relevant insights, and a highly collaborative learning environment. Conversations drew on real-world perspectives across safety, operations, customer experience, and technology, offering attendees tools and ideas they can apply immediately within their organizations.
