NATA announced that Roger Woolsey, owner and CEO of Million Air Interlink and REW Investments, has been named the 2025 recipient of the Association’s prestigious William A. “Bill” Ong Memorial Award—NATA’s highest honor for extraordinary achievement and extended service to the general aviation industry. With nearly four decades in aviation, Woolsey’s career reflects a legacy of entrepreneurship, innovation, and advocacy. From becoming the youngest FAA Air Carrier Operator at age 19 to building Million Air into one of business aviation’s most recognized brands—with a network of more than 38 FBOs worldwide—his leadership has set the standard for customer service, safety, and operational excellence.
“Roger Woolsey’s impact on aviation has been profound,” said NATA President and CEO Curt Castagna. “His entrepreneurial spirit, passion for safety, and commitment to excellence embody the values of the Ong Award and continue to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals.” Woolsey will be formally honored during the 2025 Aviation Business Conference in Dallas on November 18, 2025. Tickets for the awards luncheon are available for purchase and are also included in full conference registration.
