NATA is proud to announce new advocacy resources for anyone interested in the integration of AAM technologies on their airport properties. This initiative, led by NATA’s Advanced Air Mobility Committee, will help organizations prepare for electric aircraft and eVTOL operations.
The AAM Committee has developed communication resources and guidance materials designed to assist aviation leaders in starting conversations with airport sponsors about AAM integration planning, including electrical capabilities assessment, site planning considerations, and updates to airport layout and updated master plans. This project highlights NATA’s support for AAM technologies, whose development represent immediate opportunities for airports to expand capabilities, drive economic growth through job creation and business investment, and demonstrate sustainability leadership through ongoing adoption of electric aviation technologies.
