NATA continues to support the business aviation industry by strengthening workforce development initiatives and expanding access to a diverse pipeline of talent entering the general aviation sector. As new technologies and innovative career pathways emerge, NATA remains committed to connecting industry professionals through a variety of online resources, educational materials, and outreach tools designed to guide and inspire the next generation of aviation professionals.
Furthering this mission, Juliet Jordan, NATA’s Managing Director of Industry and Committee Affairs, will speak this week at Cornell University’s Brooks School of Public Policy on workforce and professional development in business aviation. An alumna with a unique pathway into aviation herself, Jordan will highlight the skills, collaboration, and adaptability that tomorrow’s professionals will need to succeed, while showcasing NATA’s initiatives to support members and prepare future aviation leaders.
