NATA has also announced five recipients of its 2026 Industry Excellence Awards, recognizing aviation professionals whose leadership, service, and expertise are strengthening their organizations and advancing the aviation business community.
The 2026 recipients are:
- Jeff Miller, Executive Director of Chicago Executive Airport — NATA Airport Executive Partnership Award
- Audrey Myers, Operations Safety Standards, Innovations, & SMS Manager at Atlantic Aviation — NATA Future Leader Award
- Mike McGuire, Shift Supervisor at Duncan Aviation — NATA General Aviation Service Technician Award
- Fabian Reyes, Lead Line Service Professional at Million Air Dallas — NATA Safety 1st Certified Line Service Professional Award
- Barbara Bauer, Customer Service Supervisor at Banyan Air Service — NATA FBO Customer Service Representative Award
“Honors carry greater meaning when they come from peers who understand the dedication behind the work,” said NATA President and CEO Curt Castagna. “NATA’s Industry Excellence Awards are shaped by our members identifying colleagues whose leadership, service, and professionalism deserve the industry’s attention. These five recipients have earned that respect through contributions that strengthen their organizations, inspire others, and advance the aviation business community.”
The five recipients will be honored alongside previously announced honorees Jerry Holland (posthumously), Todd Anderson, and Carol Giles during the NATA Industry Excellence Awards Luncheon and Ceremony on November 10 at the Halcyon in Denver. The luncheon is included with 2026 NATA Aviation Business Conference registration, and separate luncheon tickets may also be purchased.
