Project Description: The Montgomery Airport Authority (MAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the management, operation, and development of Fixed Based Operator (FBO) services at Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM). The successful Proposer will enter into an FBO Services Agreement to provide high-quality services, including fueling, hangar management, and customer service, at

Authority-owned facilities on the West Ramp. This opportunity includes options for capital investment and long-term partnership under Alabama’s Airport P3 legislation to modernize and optimize FBO operations.
