The Barkley Regional Airport Authority will receive electronic proposals for the management, operation and marketing of the products, services and facilities for the fixed base operation (FBO) at Barkley Regional Airport.

All proposals must be submitted to Dennis Rouleau, Executive Director via email at dennis@flybarkley.com with the subject line “Proposal – FBO at Barkley Regional Airport” by 3:00 P.M.CST, on Monday, October 31st, 2024. A copy of the Request For Proposal (RFP) may be obtained by completing the form located at www.flybarkley.com/bids.
