Last week, Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) began a two-phase competitive selection process for its East FBO Redevelopment Site with the issuance of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Respondents that meet the RFQ’s minimum qualification requirements will be invited to participate in Phase 2, a Request for Proposals (RFP), for the site.
Participation in the RFQ is mandatory for any entity wishing to submit a proposal during the subsequent RFP phase. Access additional information here.
