Stay Compliant with International Arrival Fee Requirements | NATA Webinar

Back NATA News / October 21, 2025

Commercial operators are required to collect and remit several federal fees for each international arrival into the United States, including those for customs, immigration, and agricultural inspections. With recent fee increases and CBP identifying widespread compliance gaps, it is more important than ever for Part 135 operators to fully understand these mandates.

On October 28 from 1–2 p.m. ET, NATA Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Jenny Ann Urban and Senior Advisor Jacqueline Rosser will lead an informational webinar outlining the current fee structure, available exemptions, and the responsibilities operators have for collecting and remitting these charges. The session will also address how to ensure your operation remains compliant and avoids costly enforcement actions.

The webinar is offered free for NATA members and $75 for nonmembers, with the fee waived upon joining the Association. Registrants are welcome to submit questions in advance to jurban@nata.aero, with an additional opportunity to raise questions during the webinar.  Members of the press seeking information on this topic may contact NATA Senior Vice President of Communications Shannon Chambers at schambers@nata.aero.

The session is made possible through the support of World Fuel Services, a NATA Platinum Member Level participant dedicated to helping operators enhance compliance and efficiency across international operations.
