NATA is proud to partner with Aviation International News (AIN) as the official sponsor and facilitator of the FBO Sustainability Award, recognizing aviation businesses that are advancing environmentally responsible practices throughout their operations.
Beginning with the 2027 awards cycle, the award will be presented in two categories: FBO Chains and Single-Location FBOs. NATA will support the evaluation process through the involvement of its committees and industry leadership, helping recognize organizations that are setting the standard for sustainability across business aviation. To encourage participation, NATA has also established a sponsorship pool to cover up to $5,000 in nomination fees for member companies on a first-come, first-served basis.
“NATA is proud to support an award program that highlights the practical and measurable ways aviation businesses are advancing sustainability while serving their customers, airports, and communities,” said NATA President and CEO Curt Castagna. The nomination period for the 2027 FBO Sustainability Awards remains open through November 6, 2026, with winners to be announced at the AIN FBO Awards Gala in February 2027.
