NATA congratulates the many association members and Safety 1st participants recognized in AIN’s 2026 FBO Survey and related Above & Beyond customer service honors. AIN’s annual recognition highlights the commitment, professionalism, and service excellence demonstrated every day across the aviation business community.

Pentastar Aviation at Oakland County International Airport earned the highest rating among all aviation service providers worldwide, followed closely by Modern Aviation at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport. Additional top honors in the Americas went to Sheltair Tampa, Henriksen Jet Center at Austin Executive Airport, and Jet Aviation at Palm Beach International Airport.

Last week, NATA was honored to participate in the AIN FBO Awards Gala and present the Sustainability Award to Signature Aviation – Vail. The recognition reflected aviation’s continued focus on practical progress, innovation, and responsible growth, while underscoring the important work being done across the industry to advance sustainability in meaningful and operationally relevant ways.

Recognition of so many NATA members in this year’s survey reflects the strength of an industry committed to safety, service, and continuous improvement. Their performance helps set a strong standard for business aviation and reinforces the value of investing in people, training, and operational excellence.
