NATA Seeks Presenter and Session Proposals for 10th Annual GHSS

NATA is building the agenda for the 10th annual Ground Handling Safety Symposium (GHSS) in Dallas, TX, and encourages industry professionals to help shape the conversation. On September 15-16, 2026, the GHSS will bring together aviation business leaders, safety professionals, trainers, line service managers, and operational experts to share insights that strengthen safety, improve consistency, and help prevent incidents.

Past sessions explored safety culture, human factors, risk management, leadership and communication, training innovation, and real-world case studies. As NATA marks this milestone anniversary, the association seeks presenter recommendations and session proposals that offer operational relevance, actionable takeaways, and meaningful discussion for the ground handling community.

NATA invites members and industry partners to submit ideas that will support safer, more effective ground handling practices. Submit a speaker suggestion or session proposal to safety1st@nata.aero and include the following information:

Subject line: 2026 GHSS Speaker Submission [Session Title]

Submission details should include:

  • Session title and description, 150 words maximum

  •  Speaker name, title, and organization

  •  Brief speaker bio, 100 words maximum

  •  Any recent speaking experience, if applicable
