Boulder City Municipal Airport (BVU) seeks RFPs (Request for Proposals) for land development at the airport. The RFP can be viewed through the Nevada Gov eMarketplace.

Simply got to https://www.ngemnv.com/ click on “Current Bid Opportunities”; under organization type in “Boulder City” and then click on “Boulder City Airport Land Development”. From there you can click on the hyperlinks to view the “Bid Invitation” and under Bid Attachment “Final RFP 2025-04 for Posting.pdf” to view the entire RFP.
