Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in leasing property at San Gabriel Valley Airport in El Monte, California for certain commercial aeronautical activities.

The deadline to submit proposals is November 22, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Optional Pre-Proposal Conference

A pre-proposal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., via Microsoft Teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Those who wish to attend must click the link that will be posted on the Public Works website for BRC0000482 to join.
