The Capital Region Airport Commission is accepting responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design, Construction, Management and Operation of a Full Service Fixed Based Operator at the Richmond International Airport.

This RFP is the opportunity to provide a proposal the Commission may consider when selecting a fixed-based operator to general aviation services through the development of competitive operations and state-of-the-art facilities.
