Port San Antonio plans to issue Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Respondents (“Respondents”) to lease, develop, and operate a consolidated aeronautical facility (“Property”) at Kelly Field *KSKF), a joint-use industrial airport operated by Port Authority of San Antonio (the “Port” or “Port San Antonio”), a Texas defense base development authority and political subdivision of the State of Texas, located at 907 Billy Mitchell Blvd., Suite 120, San Antonio, Texas 78226.

A Pre-Submittal Conference/Virtual Site Tour is scheduled for 2:00 PM CT, August 18, 2023, in the Port San Antonio Marketing Conference Room, 907 Billy Mitchell Blvd., Suite 120, San Antonio, Texas 78226. A virtual link will be posted to the Port’s website prior to the date of the Pre-Submittal Conference.

Inquiries related to this RFP may be submitted electronically to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us no later than 2:00 PM CST, August 25, 2023.

Responses to inquiries communicated in writing and those presented in the Pre-Submittal Conference shall be included in an addendum document shall be posted to the Port’s website no later than 5:00 PM CT, September 1, 2023. Respondents are required to consider and acknowledge receipt of all addenda received when responding to this RFP.

Interested firms must submit Proposals in PDF format, in accordance with the instructions outlined therein the RFP document, no later than 2:00 PM CT, September 15, 2023.
