Coalition Works To Protect Certain Aircraft Registrations

The FAA placed a moratorium on all aircraft registrations using a trust whose beneficiary is a non-U.S. citizen.  This type of registration has been widely used for decades with the full knowledge and approval of FAA.  The moratorium and potential change to policy pose a significant threat to the industry and NATA has joined a diverse coalition to work with the FAA to resolve its concerns.  Read the NATA-signed coalition letter.
