Washington, DC, January 16, 2024 – Today, Juliet Jordan joins the NATA (National Air Transportation Association) team as Managing Director of Industry Affairs and Innovation. In this role, Jordan monitors executive branch agency activities and serves as the team liaison to NATA’s Airport Business, Environment, and AAM Committees. She represents the association at industry and government meetings, hearings, and events, including the National Fire Protection Association’s (NFPA) Technical Committee on Airport Facilities and Eliminate Aviation Gasoline Lead Emissions (EAGLE) initiative.

Juliet has also supported the goals of the Association and its membership through her work on the NATA Sustainability Standard for Aviation Businesses and other studies in this field in a previous industry role. Juliet’s skills and experience will contribute significantly to the success of our team and our membership,” stated NATA COO Keith DeBerry.
Most recently, Jordan advanced uncrewed aircraft system (UAS) deployment for Fortune 500 companies, configuring and writing groundbreaking regulatory waivers and technical documents for the industry as the Policy and Government Affairs Officer of Percepto Autonomous Solutions.
Prior to Percepto, Jordan served as Safety Administrative Analyst for Moylan Safety Services, LLC, playing an instrumental role in developing NATA’s green initiative self-certification program for aviation businesses and analyzing FBO safety processes and practices data. As an Airport Management Intern at Ithaca International Airport, Jordan learned both landside and airside operations, working above and below the wing and with passengers to assist with airport operations and airline duties.
“Juliet’s proficiency in understanding the aviation industry and regulatory environment, along with her proven relationship with the FAA, are tremendous assets to NATA’s leadership in the areas of AAM and sustainability as the industry evolves and expands in scope and operations,” stated NATA President and CEO Curt Castagna.
Jordan received an Associate of Applied Science in sustainable farming and food systems from Tompkins Cortland Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Binghamton University, and a Master of Public Administration in science, technology, and infrastructure policy from Cornell University. She has two related certificates from Cornell in Infrastructure Policy Management and Finance, as well as Systems Thinking Modeling and Leadership.
