Special Notice: Annual Meeting and Election of New Board of Directors

SUBJECT:           Annual Meeting and Election of New Board of Directors

In accordance with Article VI, Section 3 of the NATA Bylaws, the Annual Meeting of Members will be held in conjunction with NATA’s Air Charter Summit on June 25, 2024, at 11:45 AM CST. The meeting will take place ahead of the Air Charter Summit luncheon at The Colcord Hotel in Oklahoma City, OK. The purpose of the meeting is for the election of directors and other issues as properly may come before the members.

11:53 a.m. Review of New Board of Directors Vote

11:56 a.m. President & CEO Address

12:00 p.m. Conclusion of Annual Meeting

 


The Board of Directors, acting as a Nominating Committee of the Whole, nominate-the following individuals to serve as directors:

  • Geoff Heck, President/COO, Aero Centers (3-year term)
  • Donald Howell, President and CFO, Southern Sky Aviation (3-year term)
  • Eric Legvold, CEO/Founder, Davinci Jets (3-year term)

The following Board Members were nominated for re-election to serve additional terms:

  • Todd Anderson of Sheltair Aviation (1-year term continuing as Chair until June 2025 and additional 2-year term as Past Chair)
  • Clive Lowe of Atlantic Aviation (1-year term as Past Chair)
  • CR Sincock of Avfuel (3-year term at-large)
