In accordance with Article VI, Section 3 of the NATA Bylaws, the annual meeting of members will be held by videoconference on June 22, 2021 at 2:45 p.m. Eastern. The purpose of the meeting is for the election of directors and other issues as properly may come before the members.

The Board of Directors, acting as a Nominating Committee of the Whole, nominated the following individuals to serve as directors:
C.R. Sincock, President of AvFlight
Todd Anderson, COO of Sheltair
Jeff Ross, Ross Aviation was nominated for re-election to serve an additional term.
